MD iMAP 2.0 is hosted within a state agency and requires the use of a domain within maryland.gov. MD iMAP 2.0 has assumed the domain: geodata.md.gov
MD iMAP 2.0 supports five ArcGIS Server instances, including one for public data, application-specific data, LiDAR data, historic imagery data and archival data.
The MD iMAP REST endpoints are available at:
Historic Imagery Data - As new imagery becomes available, we will update the imagery related services on the public MD iMAP 2.0 endpoint and the prior services will be moved to the archival imagery instance.
Archival Vector Data - Older vector data that may be useful for analysis or applications will also be moved to a different instance of ArcGIS Server so it may still be consumed. Examples of this type of data include older legislative boundaries and congressional districts.
All the services for both archival vector data and imagery data will be designated with a date reflecting the data's time frame.
Software Version ChangesMD iMAP 2.0 is using Esri’s ArcGIS 10.3.1 version software. This version allows MD iMAP to benefit from several software and security enhancements that were not available at prior versions.
