A Single Use License is assigned to a single computer and allows a user to work offline for extended periods of time. A single use license requires a software license key for all required software product(s) and extensions.
Single Use licenses are available to Maryland State agencies and their contractors for ArcGIS Desktop, Desktop extensions, ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Engine products.
Note: Single use licenses are NOT for use on home or personal computers, laptops or workstations.

All Esri software product(s) require a software license file. For single use products, each product receives a unique licensing file.
